Privacy notice.

The short version

This is a single-page advisory site. It does not sell anything, run ads, set cookies, or track you across the web. It collects no personal information unless you choose to email me. Analytics here are aggregate and cookieless.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Silvia Montero Collado. Advisory engagements are contracted and invoiced by Silvia Montero Collado, operating under the commercial name Customera. For any privacy question, the contact is smonterocollado@gmail.com.

What is collected

If you email me. When you use the email link to start a conversation, I receive your email address and whatever you write. I use it only to reply and, where it leads to an engagement, to carry out our work together. I do not add you to a mailing list.

Aggregate analytics. This site uses a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service to understand overall traffic, such as how many people visited and which pages were viewed. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot identify you or follow you to other sites. The data is aggregate only.

Server logs. Like any website, the hosting provider processes standard technical request data to deliver pages and keep the site secure. This is handled by the host and is not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device for tracking, no consent banner is required to use the site. A short notice is shown for transparency.

Your rights

As this site is operated from the EU, the GDPR applies. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data I hold about you, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be reflected here before they take effect.
